The assurance lifecycle

TECER: five stages, and every one leaves proof behind.

TTest

The Atom runs the statutory test at the required interval.

EEvidence

The result is written the second it happens — added to, never altered.

CCertify

The evidence is certified — logbooks generate from the record itself.

EEscalate

Failures are graded and routed automatically, with interim controls recorded.

RRemediate

An approved engineer repairs it, the asset re-tests, and a verified pass closes the loop.

What makes it different from a process diagram on a wall: each stage writes a permanent record as it happens. The lifecycle is the audit trail.

The proof

The record is the product's backbone.

Same evidence, every test

Asset, method, timestamps, result, who or what performed it, artefacts, and the verification that closed it. Identical every time.

Integrity you can defend

Append-only and hash-chained. Corrections are traceable, timestamps trusted, access by role. Built for regulator, insurer or coroner.

Evidence certified automatically

Certified from the record itself — current the moment you open it, never assembled the week before an inspection.

Sits alongside what you run

Your CAFM or FM platform receives the exceptions and work orders; every ticket links back to the signed evidence.

Approved mitigation & repair

From detection to fix.

Airebo carries every escalation through to a verified fix — in most buildings, by the contractor you already use and trust. We don't replace them. We stop you having to chase them.

Bronze

Your contractors

Airebo approves them onto the building, issues the instruction and captures the verified result. Lowest disruption, full audit trail — nobody loses a relationship they value.

Approved & instructed by Airebo
Silver

Your contractors, certified

The same trusted trades, certified to the Airebo standard and coordinated to SLA, with escalation timing and interim controls managed through the platform.

Certified & coordinated by Airebo
Gold

Fully managed

Detection, escalation, remediation and certification handled end to end by Airebo and Hi-Tec Building Services (ISO 9001 & 27001). You hand over the obligation and keep the evidence.

Airebo-managed · Hi-Tec certified partners

However the fix is delivered, Airebo stays the system of record and verifies return-to-pass. “Job done” is measured, not declared.

Before you ask

The three questions everyone asks first.

Does this replace my existing testing contractor?

Sometimes, sometimes not — it depends on your building and what's already in place. We agree this with you during your building survey, not before it.

Do I still need a responsible person, or sign-off?

Yes. Airebo doesn't replace the Responsible Person or their statutory duty — it gives them a verified record to stand behind.

Does fitting this disrupt the building?

It's a one-off job by a qualified electrician, scheduled around you. After that, nobody needs to be on site for testing to carry on.

From your first building to your last, the process is the same

Survey → findings pack → install.

No rip-and-replace, no procurement marathon. We survey each building, show you exactly where the evidence gaps are, and fit Airebo Atoms to your existing installations.

Step 1 · Week 1

Building survey

A placement survey of your existing installations — what you have, what the standards expect, where the gaps are, and how many Atoms it takes.

Step 2 · Week 2–3

Findings pack

A written, board-ready picture of your current compliance evidence position. Useful whether or not you proceed — yours to keep.

Step 3 · From week 4

Install

Atoms commissioned on the surveyed installations. From day one the building writes its own evidence record.
