Airebo – Website Terms of Use (UK Edition v1.7 – Final)

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing any Airebo website or the Airebo Monitoring Platform (“AMP”), you agree to these Website Terms of Use. If you purchase or use Airebo services under a quotation or subscription, your use is also governed by the Airebo Monitoring Platform Master Terms and Conditions (UK). If these Website Terms conflict with the Master Terms, the Master Terms will prevail for subscribed services.

2. Who We Are

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and authorised by your organisation to create or use an AMP account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your login.

4. Acceptable Use

Do not: (a) attempt unauthorised access; (b) interfere with the security or stability of the AMP; (c) upload malware or harmful code; (d) infringe others’ rights; or (e) reverse-engineer or build a competing service. Airebo may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users or systems. For subscribed services, the full Acceptable Use Policy in Schedule 4 of the Master Terms applies.

5. Intellectual Property

The AMP, website content, and underlying software are owned by Airebo or its licensors. Airebo grants you a limited, revocable licence to access and use the site and AMP for their intended lawful purposes. All trademarks, logos, and brand assets remain the property of Airebo.

6. Privacy and Cookies

Your use of the site and AMP is subject to Airebo’s Privacy Policy and Cookie Notice. For subscribed services, data processing is further governed by the Data Processing Addendum (Schedule 1) to the Master Terms.

7. Availability and Changes

Airebo aims to keep the site and AMP available but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Availability commitments and service credits (if applicable) are set out in the Service Level Addendum (Schedule 3) to the Master Terms.

8. Third-Party Links and Services

Links to third-party websites or services are provided for convenience and do not constitute endorsements. Airebo is not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.

9. Disclaimers

Except as required by law or expressly stated in the Master Terms, the site and AMP are provided “as is” and “as available.” Airebo does not warrant that they will be error-free or meet your requirements.

10. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be limited under English law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Airebo is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, or loss of data arising from or in connection with use of the site. For subscribed services, liability limits and remedies are governed by the Master Terms.

11. Suspension and Termination

Airebo may suspend or terminate access where you materially breach these Terms or to protect users, systems, or data. For subscribed services, suspension and termination rights are as set out in the Master Terms.

12. Miscellaneous

Standard legal provisions apply regarding force majeure, waiver, severability, assignment, and governing law. This Agreement creates no partnership or agency, excludes third-party rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999, and is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Airebo may reference your organisation’s name and logo in client lists and marketing materials unless you opt out in writing.

13. Changes to these Terms

Airebo may update these Website Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new “Last updated” date. For subscribed services, material changes will be notified in accordance with the Master Terms.
